'What is Spirituality' by Harvey Gillman from Rye Meeting
This inspirational essay, based on a talk, appeared on the website 'Quaker Universalist Voice' in March 2009.
It can be accessed here  on the website, or  here  as a text file (pdf)
Pacifism and duty 'World War One at Home - Cadburys at war'  was on BBC4, 7.30 - 8pm.  on Nov. 21. It deals with two sons of George Cadbury who both saw action in the war, one as a founder member of  the Friends Ambulance Unit (FAU), one in the forces.  The film, first shown in 2014, is very interesting as social history and raises issues of conflict and conscience,  pacifism and duty.
Unfortunately it is no longer available to watch on the BBC although background to the film and a clip can be seen here .  A relevant and informative article in The Guardian about the Cadburys can be read here.
